Final Affairs and Emergency Forms

From the Care Committee: At times of personal emergency or death of a member of the
Sacramento Friends Meeting community, it has been helpful to refer to these forms:

You may print out these forms, complete the parts that you wish to, and give the forms
to the Clerk of the Care Committee to be filed.

Financial Assistance

Our Meeting offers three types of financial assistance to members of our Meeting community. Ask the Care Committee for details about each type. You may print out the request form and return the completed form to the Clerk of the Care Committee.

1. The Meeting pass is available to attend functions at Ben Lomond Quaker Center
   (http://www.quakercenter.org/).
2. The Quaker Scholarship Fund provides assistance for attending Quaker events and functions such as Quarterly Meeting and Yearly Meeting.
3. The Sharing Fund assists Sacramento Friends in need of financial help.
